Coventry Soccer Association - PA Code of Conduct
Every time you step on a Coventry or SCSL field you are representing Coventry Soccer Association - PA.  We ask that you make sure you, your spectators, and your players abide by the following Code of Conducts put into place.  Failure to abide by these Code of Conducts will result in disciplinary actions.

Click here to complete your U8 Referee Evaluation! Referee evaluations are to be completed EACH WEEK by 10am Monday after your game.  Please fill out a separate referee evaluation for EACH GAME.  U8 referee evaluations are intended for our U8 World Cup.  Referee evaluations should only be completed by cleared volunteers. 


Click here to complete your U8 Game Change Request - VOLUNTEERS ONLY! Game changes MUST be submitted in writing.  Game changes will NOT be accepted with less than 10 days notice. Games will NOT be rescheduled without the opposing coach's approval.


Click here to request a practice change - VOLUNTEERS ONLY! Practice changes MUST be submitted in writing. Additional practices outside of your regularly scheduled practice must be approved by one of our recreational field coordinators. No exceptions will be made.

Click here to file a complaint or submit a comment! (Can be done anonymously) This form can be used for parents to submit a complaint or comment/compliment, as well as coaches! This form can also be used to report an incident that occurred at a practice or game. It is recommended you suggest your team parents fill one out at the end of the season!
